Jane Gredlein Chanaca lives in Conway, SC with her husband, John, and mother, Clare. First and foremost, she is a Christian. She taught in the public schools of PA and SC. For thirteen years, she stayed home with her sons, Mark and Joel. During that time, she had fun with her boys (all three of them) camping, fishing, and doing artwork. She also enjoyed reading, baking bread, and sewing. At the same time, the whole family belonged to a living historical farm named Quiet Valley. Together with her husband, John, she has traveled throughout the US, Europe, the Caribbean (extensively), and Kauai. Now she is happy to be living near her sons, their wives, and three wonderful grandchildren!

I hope you enjoyed this book as much as I loved writing it. Your voice truly matters. If you did enjoy this story, would you mind taking a minute to leave a review on Amazon? I appreciate you and look forward to sharing other stories.

                                              Thank you, Jane

Psalm 104, verses 24 and 25:

"Oh Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches. So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts".

Psalm 42:1

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? My tears have been my food day and night while men say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"

Joel Chanaca works as a Game Warden protecting natural resources with over 23 years in law enforcement. His love of the outdoors and wild and domestic animals came from a childhood working on a colonial farm in Pennsylvania, where he learned how to make things from scratch and care for farm animals and pets. His early years were full of camping, fishing, canoeing, and visiting state parks up and down the east coast of the US from PA to FL. Joel's love of God's beautiful creation grew into a passion for the outdoors and several amazing animals that had a major impact on his life. " We are to be stewards of the environment that God entrusted us." His motto is to "love one another and take care of what God has given us." Thanks, Joel
